Registration
Once a paper is accepted, the registration process begins. Only registered papers will be included in the Journals/Conference Proceedings.
- Step 1 – Registration Fee
- At least one author of every accepted paper must complete the registration to ensure the paper is published in the proceedings and included in the technical program.
- Authors with multiple accepted papers must register each paper separately.
- A maximum of six authors can be listed per paper.
- Any bank service charges incurred during the transfer must be covered by the sender.
- Registration fees are non-refundable in case of non-participation.
- The organizers will not be responsible for bank transaction charges.

Payment Reference
While making a payment, please ensure that both the author’s name and the Paper ID are clearly mentioned as the payment reference. This will help us correctly allocate the payment to your submission.
- Step 2 – Copyright Transfer
Each author is required to complete and sign the Registration & Copyright Form for their respective paper. The completed form should be sent via email to inmec@globemindstechnologies.com.
- Step 3 – Camera-Ready Paper (CRP) Submission
Authors must prepare their final manuscript using the official conference template. Submissions that do not follow the prescribed format will be rejected.
- All CRPs must be submitted in MS Word (.doc/.docx) format only. PDF files will not be accepted.
- The official template is available in both DOCX and PDF formats for reference.
- Final camera-ready papers should be sent exclusively to inmec@globemindstechnologies.com.
- Step 4 - Registration
- Send your completed Registration & Copyright Form along with the scanned copy of the proof of payments to inmec@globemindstechnologies.com
- Join INMEC 2026 in below Simple Steps:
- Pay the registration fees, including your Name and Paper ID in the application message or description.
- Fill and sign the registration form.
- Submit your Camera Ready Paper along with the Registration Form and Payment Proof to inmec@globemindstechnologies.com.
The publication of papers is contingent upon the author's prompt response to any queries and their involvement in proofreading during the production phase. Publishers reserve the right to decline any conference paper that fails to meet their quality or ethical standards during production. In such cases, authors will not be entitled to a refund of the registration fee. It is important to note that we do not guarantee or claim that any papers will be indexed in any database. Indexing services assess conference papers independently, determining what to index based on their criteria. These processes are subject to change over time. Delays may also occur due to unforeseen circumstances or publisher requirements, or due to delayed responses from authors. However, once a paper is approved and passes all checks by the publisher, its publication is guaranteed.
